A key guard is the image that shows when your Sidekick 2008 has the screen locked. If the theme you downloaded has a keyguard image in it, you may have to set it manually.
1. Open the extracted theme on your desktop and find the keyguard image.
2. Copy the keyguard image to the DCIM folder on your memory card in your Sidekick 2008.
3. From the jump screen on your Sidekick 2008, go to Menu -> Settings -> Key Guard & Security.
4. Click on the image and then the "mountain" picture to select an image from your photo gallery.
5. If you copied the keyguard image to the right place under the DCIM folder, you should see it in your Albums. Click it to set it as the key guard
